Feature Requests

The bot should develop enough context over time to extract the most commonly-asked questions and then turn that into a queryable knowledge base as self-serve tool for my customers (or export so I can use it to generate a KB via another service like Zendesk)

Would be neat if the Bot developed enough context and understanding of my business to be able to suggest opps for improvement to key metrics (reducing churn, new lead sources, boosting referral rates, etc)

Replicate same capabilities as with Slack: read all channels check DMs summarize everything and categorize by priority & urgency queue up responses to threads and DM's in draft status and notify me

This is an advanced feature that would first necessitate ability to ingest and index past email history for context but ideally I want the bot to be able to learn how I respond to emails based on type, urgency, importance, isClient, isOpportunity, etc and then just handle everything: archive the nonsense spam the spam respond as I would if it's an inquiry similar to past if urgent send me a WhatsApp message

Would be awesome to have the bot able to ingest X months of my past email history to understand how I clear my inbox and respond to messages of different types, which topics interest me, my style of communication, etc. This is a cornerstone feature for being able to "respond as me in draft"

Should be able to read and make sense of my calendar for the purposes of scheduling appointments (ie. find available times, honor my preferences for ideal booking times). Should be able to create events on my calendar and then send email invites to prospective attendees.

I'd like to be able to have this do the same thing for my Slack workspace: read messages across all channels and summarize, alert me to anything that is critical for me to see based on what it knows about my goals and current status
